Terms of Service

Engagement
- Please provide clear and complete requirements and expectations upfront, including reference materials or assets before work begins.
- It is warranted that I will not copy or heavily reference unauthorized materials.
- I may use commercially licensed, copyright-free and/or educational materials, assets and/or tools.
- I reserve the right to refuse projects or requests based on content, subject, or other reasons.Restrictions
- I will not create content that is explicit, offensive, or inappropriate.
- Specific restrictions include but are not limited to furries, explicit adult content, gore, copied styles, and gender identities or cultures I may not be able to portray authentically.Timeline & Process
- Work completion takes within the month after payment has been made and draft is approved. Duration varies per type.
- I will inform if there are any delays and adjustments to timeline.
- Timeline depends on commission type, complexity, and workload.
- I will provide progress updates and seek feedback voluntarily.
- Clients must first agree to delays and amendments to timeline exceedingRevisions
- Tweaks and revisions are allowed during the rough draft phase.
- I retain the right to decline excessive revisions during the rough draft phase at my discretion.
- Limited or only minor revisions are allowed in Line Art and Final Rendering phase.
- Additional charges for excessive revisions may be required.
- Revisions may affect progress and timeline.
- Clients may not edit the work after final delivery unless specified in the commission information, project outlines or otherwise approved by the Artist.Communication
- Ongoing communication and discussion will occur throughout the project, including work in progress, idea generation and collaboration, situational updates, and more.
- Communication channels may include X Chat, Discord private messages, Gmail, or others according to my discretion.
- My response time may vary, up to 24 to 48 hours in order to provide better or more concrete updates.Payment & Fees
- Prices are in USD, and paid via PayPal, or methods as provided by the Artist.
- Commercial work will have an additional charge of 50% from base price.
- Invoices, proposal or payment link will be sent to the Client when rough draft has been approved. Clients must not send money before these requests for payment from the Artist.
- Once Work has begun or payments have been made, the Client acknowledges Work and deliverables are digital and there are no physically shipped goods to receive.Cancellation & Refunds
- Any cancellation must be informed by Client to Artist prior to any payment.
- Project cancellations and refunds are not permitted once any payment has been made, unless agreed upon otherwise by both parties.
- No refunds are possible after payment has been made and the Line Art and final rendering process begins unless initiated by the ArtistAcceptance
- Client is 18+ and legally able to commit to an agreement or has a legal guardian to make this agreement on their behalf.
- Agreement date is upon first inquiry/communication or first transaction.Please check my full Terms of Service Agreement for more details such as the Rights & Usage, Confidentiality, etc.

- Invoice and payment are done in full via PayPal
- Rough draft will begin and be sent to Client
- Client may ask for tweaks and revisions on the rough draft until satisfied
- Payment will begin after draft is finalized
- Final rendering will be started after payment
